Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of guitar lessons within 14 days from the date the purchase was completed. The right of withdrawal applies provided that no lesson has been started during this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email or phone, stating your order number and clearly indicating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Any refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we have received and confirmed your withdrawal request.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that if you have started your first guitar lesson within the 14-day withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal will cease. By booking and attending a lesson within this period, you expressly agree that the service begins and that your right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.

Purchase Policy

When purchasing guitar lessons through our website, the following terms apply:

Booking and Payment

All lessons must be booked in advance via our booking platform. Payment is made at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and other specified payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend a booked lesson without cancelling in accordance with the above terms, the full lesson fee will be charged.

Refunds

Advance payments for lessons are refundable only if we are unable to provide the service as agreed. In cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances on our part that prevent the delivery of booked lessons, we will offer either rescheduling or a refund, according to your preference.
